EVENT OVERVIEW
The French International Pairs is an international competition affiliated by FIPPA, taking place on may 2 and 3, 2026, at Golf La Rochelle Sud, L’otus Course (18 holes).
PLAYERS
The French International Pairs is open to all players affiliated with FIPPA, holding a valid 2026 license from their respective association or federation.
FORMAT
Number of rounds :
– Saturday, May 2 : 2 rounds
– Sunday, May 3 : 1 final round
Game format (1 round = 18 holes) :
– FoursomeÂ
– Fourball (best ball)
– Traditional Greensome
The 3 formats are spread over the 3 rounds. FIPPA rules apply throughout the competition.
Maximum capacity :
– 72 teams (144 players)
PRICES
REGISTRATION FEES
      Player fee: 80 EUR
This includes:
– 3 competition rounds
– Free practice round on Friday
– Saturday lunch
– Prize ceremony cocktail on Sunday
– Golf polo shirt
       PRIZES (PER TEAM)
Overall classification:
– 1st: 500 EUR
– 2nd: 400 EUR
– 3rd: 300 EUR
– 4th: 200 EUR
– 5th: 100 EUR
      Mixed or women’s      classification (minimum 5 teams per category):
– 1st team: 250 EUR
– 2nd team: 150 EUR
– 3rd team: 100 EUR
Prizes are subject to applicable taxes. Minors will receive equivalent value in gifts.
TIEBREAKS
In case of a tie for first place, a Foursome Play-Off will be played.
Other ties will be resolved by:
1. Best final round score
2. Best back 9 of final round
3. Hole-by-hole comparison starting from hole 18
WEEKEND SCHEDULE
Friday, May 1 :
– Free practice round (course recognition)
– Players welcome
– Meeting / briefing at 6:30 PM
Saturday, May 2 :
– 2 competition rounds
– On-site lunch
– Optional group dinner
Sunday, May 3 :
– Final round
– Prize ceremony
– Closing cocktail for all participants
Additional info:
– Tee times are announced one week before the first round
– One or two waves of tee times may be organized depending on number of teams
